A/B/C Chemical Metering Pumps |
| |
Series
A, B and C Chemical Metering Pumps have been an industry standard
for over 20 years. The familiar yellow and black pumps have a
rugged, IP65 housing, providing protection from harsh chemicals and
tough environments.
Several control options are available to suit a variety of
applications and budgets.
LMI
Chemical Metering Pumps are supplied complete with Injection Valve,
Foot Valve, Ceramic Tube Weight and 10 metres of LDPE tubing. (With
the exception of High Viscosity and 316 S S
liquid ends). |
| |
|
|

|
Type
“9” control is designed for easy
integration into chemical feed systems. The stroke rate may be
controlled manually or by an external signal generated by a water
meter, controller, transmitter, PLC or other device.
Divide or multiply a digital (pulse) input or program a response to
a milliamp (4-20, 0-20, 20-4, 20-0) input. Remote on/off and
low level inputs are standard. The clear liquid crystal
display provides the user with operational status. The unique
6-level power control reduces system shock and extends the life of
the pump. The optional Digi-Pulse Flow Monitor verifies chemical
flow and provides an alarm output. |
| |
|
|

|
Type
“7”
control is designed for more economical systems. The stroke
rate may be controlled manually or by a digital input. The
optional Micropace Control Modules enable the user to divide or
multiply a digital input or respond directly and proportionally to a
4-20 milliamp input. A low level input is standard. |
| |
| Type
“1”
control is designed for accurate chemical feed where manual or
on/off control is all that is required. Dual manual control of
stroke speed and stroke length are provided. |

P Chemical Metering Pumps |
|
|
|
|

|
The
Series P Metering Pump is designed for more economical chemical
injection. The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing
and encapsulated electronics provide the performance and long life
that you've come to expect from an LMI Pump. The compact size
and wide range of outputs makes it ideal for OEM applications.
Dual manual control of stroke speed and length and fixed speed
versions are available for simple manual or on/off control. |

|

|
The
addition of the P5 to the economical range of Series P Chemical
Metering Pumps now allows for proportional metering applications.
The P5 will respond to pulses from a pH or Redox controller
or water meter via the external pulse lead supplied with the
pump to control pump stroke speed. The pump also features tank low
level LED indication with pump shut off.

H9 High Pressure Electronic Metering Pumps |
| |
|
|

|
The
Series H9 Metering Pump is designed for very low output injection
into high pressure systems. An electronic pump with a 316 S.S.
packed plunger liquid end provide users with all the advantages of
an electronic pump in applications where previously only
motor-driven pumps could be used. Type “9” control is
standard with the stroke speed manually controlled or externally
controlled by a digital or milliamp input.

The
Series J5 Metering Pump is designed for remote applications where AC
electrical power is unavailable. The low power consumption
(1.6 amp average current draw or 19 watts at maximum speed) makes it
ideal for agricultural and solar powered installations. Manual
control of stroke speed and stroke length or external control of
stroke speed by a digital input for flow proportional applications. |

The VARIPULSE controller allows proportional control of pump
flowrate, in relation to analogue or digital signals, when used with
GM Series Dosing Pumps. The use of Vector voltage control
electronics to compensate for variation in power supply voltage and
a position sensor, ensures extremely accurate dosing. |
