PUMP SPARES KITS

SP (Series 100 liquid ends) and RPM (Series 300 liquid ends) spares kits include all parts that are required for routine preventative maintenance of LMI Chemical Metering Pumps.

The convenient packaging and liquid end drawing ensure quick and easy replacement of spares kit parts.

PUMP ACCESSORIES

Digi-Pulse Flow Monitors

Digi-Pulse Flow Monitors provide the answer to "How Do I Know If My Pump Is Pumping?"

This innovative product is designed to be used with LMI Type '9' Metering Pumps to confirm pump output.  If the Flow Monitor detects output loss, it will shut the pump off and activate an alarm output.

Chemical Dosing Tanks & Bunds

A range of chemical dosing tanks and bunds in chemical resistant MDPE with screw lids.
Capacities from 50 - 1,000 litres, available in black, natural and primrose.
Bund Tanks are also available to suit dosing tanks and are recommended to prevent chemical spillage.

For larger storage requirements, 1,500, 1,800 and 4,500 litre Static Storage Tanks in black MDPE with hinged lids are available.
Water Meters

Water meters with pulsed output provide a simple method to feed chemical in proportion to water flow.  Can be used with LMI Metering Pumps Type '5', '7' or '9', and G Pulse motor driven pumps.
Hot and cold water versions are available from 1/2" to 6" with flow rates from
1.5 M3/H to 150 M3/H.
Back Pressure/Pressure Relief Valves

LMI's diaphragm back pressure/anti-syphon valves apply positive discharge pressure to a metering pump system and act to stabilize the output of higher output LMI Metering Pumps when pumping into low or no-pressure systems.  Pressure relief valves are designed to protect chemical feed systems from overpressure damage caused by defective equipment or deadheading.  Valves are available in 1/4”, 1/2”, and 1” sizes in PP, PVC, PVDF, and 316SS.
Pulsation Dampeners

For applications that will not tolerate pulsation, pulsation dampeners are available in a variety of sizes and material.  They will help remove a high degree of pulsing and surging.

Why Pulsation Dampers?

1.  Stops excessive pipe vibration, noise and water
     hammer
2.  Protects instrumentation
3.  Gives continuous flow of product to process
4.  Increases pump efficiency
5.  Stops cavitation
6.  Saves pump wear and tear
7.  Reduces pipe fatigue
8.  Improves system capacity

Autoprime ™ Degassing Valve
Designed to be used with LMI metering pumps with 300 Series liquid ends when pumping Sodium Hypochlorite or Hydrogen Peroxide.

Allows constant removal of vapours and gases
  Automatically primes pumps
  Air-gap anti-syphon valve
Pump output regulated - no need for back pressure device

Four Function Valve (4FV)

This compact and economical valve performs four important functions for your LMI metering pump:

1. Diaphragm type anti-syphon
    protection
2. Back pressure
3. Priming relief
4. Discharge of delivery time

Priming with the 4FV is simple and is achieved by a turn of the pressure relief knob. We highly recommend this accessory for every LMI metering pump.
Bleed Four Function Valve (B4FV)

The Bleed Four Function Valve is designed to be used with LMI pumps that are handling chemicals that off-gas readily such as sodium hypochlorite.  It allows the gases to escape without causing the pump to lose prime.  The economical B4FV will fit new or existing LMI pumps; there is no need to replace the entire head assembly.  Constructed of PVDF for durability and excellent chemical resistance.
Wall Mount Bracket

This moulded polypropylene wall mount bracket is rugged and chemically resistant.  Moulded with mounting holes to accept any LMI electronic pump, installation is quick and easy.  All of the hardware is included to attach the bracket to a stud or block wall and to mount your LMI pump.
Agitators

LMI offer a range of both hand and electric agitators.
Electric agitators are available with PE coated shafts, stainless steel shafts or PVC shafts (For use with calcium hypochlorite and sodium hypochlorite).

For applications requiring slow speed mixing, 140 RPM geared mixers are also available.
Calibration Cylinders

Installation of a calibration cylinder on the suction side of your metering pump simplifies calibration, and is an excellent way to maintain it's accuracy and performance.

PVC or polypropylene in sizes from 100 ml to 4,000 ml are available with top and bottom BSP connections.

Automatic Pinch Valves

Full bore - No pressure drop
             - No risk of blockage

Total sealing with solid particles present, gas liquids, powders, slurries
Leak-free - absence of glands
Protection of installation - water hammer avoided on opening and closing

Available in aluminium, cast iron and PVC bodies with neoprene, natural or non-toxic rubber sleeves, pinch valves are suitable for many varied applications, including: transmission and control of clean liquids, slurries, viscous liquids, pastes, granules and power.

The valve is closed by applying pressure between the body and the sleeves.

Usually pressure is applied by air, but can be replaced by water.

Injection Quills
PFS Injection Quills allow chemical injection into the centre stream of the flow.
This ensures dispersion or the chemical in a uniform manner.

Available in PVC, PP, PVDF and 316SS
Two sizes:-
6" (4"-6" pipe)
8" (8"-10" pipe)
Stainless steel spring as standard, Hastelloy "C " as an option
Pressure range to 1000PSI
Temperatures to 260ºC
Sample Coolers
Sample coolers installed whenever it is necessary to obtain a sample of water from water systems operating above 60° C, i.e. steam boilers, steam and condensate mains and closed heating circuits.

Fixed or removable coil
